Lab Properties is a real estate builder and developer based Southern California. At the time, their main focus was in the cannabis industry, and they needed a way to stand out in this blooming but highly competitive space.

Lab needed an identity and website to match their modern but progressive approach to real estate. Craft and Trades created a new logo and identity system for Lab that transferred into their newly designed website.
